The Siren Summer Collection
A Story of Clay, Flame, and Sisterhood
There are moments in life when you feel a shift - quiet but powerful - like the tug of a tide turning.
June 21st was one of those moments for me. I stood on my parents’ terrace, 35 sirens seated around a candlelit table, every flavor built from scratch, every guest a part of the magic. That night was more than a dinner party. It was a birth. The launch of my very first product collection.
Introducing: The Siren Summer Collection
A line of handcrafted tableware and candles inspired by the sea, made in collaboration with two artists who are not only incredibly talented but deeply dear to me.
This collection is more than a shop update. It's a love letter. To summer. To hosting. To craft.
And to the idea that what we create with our hands can hold the energy of a whole community.
From Scratch, From Soul
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in love with the handmade.
I find joy in doing things slowly, intentionally - baking bread from my very own sourdough starter, creating a menu from start to finish, decorating a table with love and intent.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
So when I dreamed of my first product collection, it had to follow the same rhythm as my cooking: seasonal, soulful, made with real hands and real heart.
Siren Summer is a celebration of that philosophy - where homemade meets handmade.
Each ceramic platter, candle, and bowl in this collection is designed to serve not just food or flame, but feeling. To hold olives and rituals. Wine and wonder. Bread and beauty.
A Table Full of Sirens
The idea for this collection was born alongside the planning of my Siren Summer dinner party, a moonlit feast where everything from the whipped feta to the salt-flecked focaccias came from my kitchen, my hands, or those of my chosen creative family.
The “sirens” were not mythical temptresses that night. They were my friends, my followers, my helpers. Each woman at the table brought something of her own. A bottle of wine. A song. A serving spoon. A story.
And it is exactly this is what I hope this collection carries forward - the feeling of being part of something. Not just owning something. Because a siren doesn’t stand alone. She calls others to the shore.
Meet the Artists Behind the Magic
None of this would exist without two extraordinary women:
✨ Vicky from La Vella Waxes
Vicky’s journey into candle-making began as a simple hobby, but it grew — like all beautiful things do — through care, love, and fire. Her creations are not just decorative. They are warm presences. Emotional anchors. Quiet companions.
For Siren Summer, she hand-crafted every single shell vessel from a gypsum and jesmonite blend that gives the look and feel of raw ceramic. Once the flame fades, the vessel lives on — as a jewelry dish, a flower bowl, or a home for new treasures. The scent she blended by hand — Ocean Wave — was made just for us, soft and fresh like sea air caught in linen.
Every candle is a small sculpture. A memory you can light.
✨ Tatiana from Muse Creative cult
Tatiana is my best friend — but she’s also one of the most creatively gifted people I know. Ever since we were little, she’s been experimenting with color, texture, fire. From painting to welding to carving, her creativity has always pulsed just under the surface — raw and luminous.
Siren Summer marks her first complete themed ceramic collection — and it’s nothing short of breathtaking. Every platter, bowl, and tray was thrown, glazed, and fired by her hands with the intention of being both beautiful and functional. Food-safe. Heart-full.
She believed in this project from day one, and she believed in me - and together we built this from the ground up.
A Start, Not an End
This is the first — of many.
The Siren Summer Collection is only the beginning of what I hope will become a growing line of intentional, limited-edition drops. Always rooted in seasonality. Always tied to a theme. Always handmade, with purpose.
I dream of a brand that feeds both your table and your spirit — with recipes that nourish, products that endure, and stories that connect us across the kitchen counter, the dinner table, and the screen.
So whether you buy a platter, light a candle, or simply share this story with someone you love — thank you. From the bottom of my very full, very grateful heart.
This was just the first ripple. And the tide is coming in.
With love and Siren Song,
xoxo Alexandra
